The Board of Directors are six volunteers from the community.  At the annual meeting two directors are elected from a list of nominees to replace the two directors who have served their three year term.  The Board of Directors are not paid.

The purpose of the Board is to provide for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of

residential lots and common areas within Riverbend.
